Partners Covenant

Partners are essential in accomplishing the God-sized vision of planting 1000 churches in the next 10 years.

One church cannot do it alone. One network cannot do it alone. But what happens when churches and God-honoring leaders join together to form multiple area networks united as a national (and international) movement? When we collectively step out in faith, stewarding God’s powerful calling with integrity, He can make anything possible. This means every church plays a vital role. We ask two things of LAUNCH partners: Investment and Involvement.

Investment

“Where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.” –Matthew 6:21 NIV. We believe every church should actively make a financial investment in new church plants. Our heart is to see churches multiplied and communities transformed by the gospel. LAUNCH exists to synergize efforts and resources toward church planting. We recommend a minimum commitment of 2% of a partner church’s non-designated income. Because LAUNCH uses a decentralized approach, we are able to keep overhead low. Additionally, generous gifts of specific partners have underwritten the central expenses of our network. This means that 100% of your church’s investment will go directly to new churches planted through LAUNCH. Every dollar enters a national pool of funds to be distributed at the end of each semester in the form of grants. Every eligible applicant undergoes a thorough review and approval process with the Funding Team. Each Hub with planters applying for grant money will have a representative member on the team awarding final distribution of funds.

Involvement

“As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another.” –Proverbs 27:17 NIV. We recognize that leaders mutually benefit from interacting with other leaders. Partners are asked to not only invest financially, but relationally, sharing wisdom gained through experience. Involvement happens in a variety of ways: face-to-face or online, up-front or behind the scenes. Just as every member of a church is equipped with gifts to serve their local body, each church leader brings valuable skills to build up the entire body of Christ. Identifying future church planters; serving as a mentor, presenter, or prayer team member; assisting in the logistical dynamics of area Whiteboard Sessions/Huddles, or in a variety of roles for Hub training and operations. If you’re not near of one of our local hubs, no problem, you can be involved through virtual training and community sessions, Accelerate Webinars, or other opportunities to meet needs from wherever you are. The bottom line is we want you involved, inspiring and equipping next-generation planters to lead strong.
