Training

Following the assessment, planters who are recommended for training enter a 6-month process with a local LAUNCH Hub or Virtual Hub*. A highly interactive and customized experience builds upon the personal growth plan of each individual while continually reinforcing the 12 Leadership Competencies. This distinct focus will help a church planter lead strong regardless of his particular ministry model.

Each month’s 6-hour training session includes: Overview, Outcomes, Devotional, Reading, and Assignments. Additionally, 3 one-on-one coaching sessions and 8 bonus webinars with veteran field-experts are provided. 

*A church planter is encouraged to bring his spouse and up to 5 members of his Launch Team. If unable to attend a Hub site, a virtual experience is offered, meeting bi-weekly for 2.5 hour sessions via video conferencing.
